YuJa video quizzes

YuJa is Brock’s video platform. It offers a method for instructors to create, store, and share videos, including as a video player embedded into a Brightspace course site.

YuJa videos can also feature interactive quizzes for students to take as they watch. Below are some basic instructions for what to look out for when it comes to recognizing and taking YuJa quizzes.

YuJa Quizzes in Content

YuJa quizzes will likely appear in a course site’s Content area. They will have a few identifiers that make them distinct from other video formats, namely a text overlay text that explains how the quiz will appear during the video and a LEGO brick-like icon.

Questions are listed below the video, with time stamps where they will appear. Playback will pause for each question, but students can click on these questions to skip directly to them.

Upon answering all the questions, students can select the Submit button in the bottom-right of the video to submit their answers.
