Manage videos in the YuJa Media Library

Old video content can be permanently removed from YuJa by following a few simple steps. This is only possible from within the YuJa Media Library, which can be found through a course site’s Course Tools on the navbar or directly through brocku.video.yuja.com.

Single-item delete

Find the video to be deleted and select Delete.

A confirmation prompt will require that the word Confirm is typed out in full.

Batch delete

Multiple items or folders can be selected using the traditional file management multi-select methods. Selected items will appear with a faint purple border.

Selection methods:

  • Click-and-drag to cover grouped items.

  • Hold the Shift key and select the first and last item in a sequence.

  • Hold the Control or Apple key and individually click any items to be included.

Once selected, the More Actions button will offer bulk options, including Bulk Delete:

Delete all

All video content (within the entire library or within a folder or playlist) can be deleted in bulk.

Find the Select All option under More Actions, then Bulk Delete.
