Course Builder is an optional tool instructors can use to construct their course structure in the content area. As opposed to creating and managing everything in the Content area, Course Builder allows for a quick and easy structure of placeholders and links to be constructed. Instructors have much more freedom to experiment with their course content structure from Course Builder before inputting the content itself.
Where is Course Builder?
To reach Course Builder, navigate to Course Tools → Course Admin from the navbar.
Course Builder can be found within Course Admin.

Upon visiting Course Builders, instructors encounter a screen similar to this:
Talk about welcome page
If content was added in the Content area already, Course Builder will reflect those additions.
