Microsoft Forms, a tool available through the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, offers a simple interface for users to create basic surveys/evaluations.

Instructors and students can access Microsoft Forms through myoffice.brocku.ca.

Use-Cases

Microsoft Forms can be used to facilitate a range of discussions/teaching. Some examples include:

  • Peer evaluation

  • Voting or polling questions

  • Fostering engagement during lecture (you might want to explore the Forms integration with PowerPoint)

  • Start, stop, continue check-ins with your students

  • Surveys with branching questions/skip-logic

  • And much more
