Opt your course section out of usage of the Student Course Experience Survey. To undertake a survey / evaluation using a different method, contact your department.
Inform your academic unit that you’re choosing to opt out of usage of the Survey, as departmental / centre policy or procedure implications could arise. Your academic unit will also be able to assist with administering an alternative means of surveying students.

Access the Student Course Experience Survey through Blue
Access Blue’s survey and tasks management tools through https://my-brocku.bluera.com/
Brock users access Blue via their standard Brock credentials, namely email and password.
Survey options within Blue
A menu bar across the top of the screen will allow for navigation between the different areas, namely Tasks and Reports. The latter will be available once results have been received and are processed.
The main landing page will list active tasks associated with an instructor account. Each survey will include the following options:
Select View and manage questionnaire settings
Select the View and manage questionnaire settings option associated with the course section that you wish to opt out of usage of the Student Course Experience Survey.
If your course includes multiple sections, take this step for each section that you’d like to opt out of usage of the Student Course Experience Survey.
Click Manage Settings
Opt out
In the Opt in to this evaluation? area, toggle the selection to No.
Click Update.
