How do I contact my instructor?

Refer to the syllabus provided as many instructors will indicate a preferred method of communication. Also, check the homepage for the course to see if the instructor profile is present with a contact method. How do I interact with my instructor and other learners?

Inquire with your instructor as to their preferred method of communication. You can interact with other students and staff through MS Teams, your Brock email, or Instant Messages in Brightspace. Your instructor may create space in Discussions in Brightspace as well.

Can I send a message or email within Brightspace? 

Communication methods within Brightspace are limited for students. The Chat tool is disabled at brock and students cannot access the Brightspace mailing system.

Instant Messages in Brightspace can be used to connect with instructions and classmates but most external alternatives are superior.
