It is possible to verify or adjust the release timing of a course’s surveys. Doing so may better align with key events during the conclusion of a course or semester.

By default, a survey will begin 7 days before a course’s official ending and close 7 days after the ending.

Manage survey settings

The main page of Blue will list each survey associated with your instructor account under Tasks. Each survey will have two options:

  • Add personalized questions for…

  • View and manage questionnaire settings for…

Find the course survey

Select the View and manage questionnaire settings for… option associated with the course to be modified.

Adjustments to survey settings or dates must be made in each survey as listed, even if they are associated with multiple sections of the same course.

Click Manage Settings

Adjust the dates and timing as necessary

  1. Click the date picker icon associated with Start Date to modify the start date of your your course’s Student Course Experience Survey.

  2. Click the date picker icon associated with End Date to modify the start date of your your course’s Student Course Experience Survey.

  3. Optionally activate I have finished all my tasks, please stop sending me reminders to prevent further reminders to your Brock email.

  4. Click Update.
