Microsoft Forms is a tool that offers a simple interface for creating basic surveys and evaluations. It is available to all Brock instructors and students through the Microsoft 365 suite of applications via myoffice.brocku.ca.

Microsoft offers their own detailed text and video guides to help get started using Forms. They also provide templates and examples. This article seeks to expand upon those and assist with idea and use-case generation.
