Where do I find lessons, course materials, and readings?
In the NavBar click on Content. Here you will find units, lessons,Select Content on the red navigation bar of the course site. You will find folders, lectures, and electronic resources shared by your instructor. Click on units Select the folders to expand the folder them and view pages and resources within that unit. You may not Your instructor determines what content you can see, so speak with your instructor if there are materials you think you should be able to see all content for the course at one depending on your instructor, content may be released weekly or at other time points determined by your instructor, but can’t.
Can I download my syllabus or any other document from Content?
Yes. Remember that any document from your course is property of your instructor. You are permitted to download for personal use but redistribution is prohibited. If you are unsure of the permissions you have, contact your instructor regarding that documentthe document in mind.
Your instructor may be taking measures to reduce downloads of their property, which we ask that you please respect. Please speak and work with your instructor to find alternative accessible means.
Can I bookmark a Content item?
Not in Brigthspace. You can bookmark the webpage containing the content you wish to bookmark at the browser level (ie. saving the webpage bookmark in Google Chrome).
Return to Student Brightspace and Ed Tech Support homeBrock’s version of Brightspace does not have an internal booking system, but any Content item is a static webpage and can be bookmarked by a web browser.
