View reports and response rates for the Student Course Experience Survey

Reports based on anonymized survey results will be generated 12 working days after the scheduled deadline for submission of final grades. Instructors will receive notification by Brock email and confidential access to participation statistics and downloadable results as a PDF or CSV.

By email notification

A scheduled email notification (set to appear after final grades and been approved and distributed) will provide a link to a course’s survey information. Follow that to access the Blue survey system.

Within Blue

Click the Reports button in the top-right to view all courses with available reports. Click on a report title to view a status screen with response rate information.

Survey reports will be presented as a series of graphs with response frequency and text feedback, and include export and download options in the top-right.

If the survey is not yet complete, you can click the View reports icon in the bottom left to access the survey response data.
