Add a link to Teams in Brightspace

Create a Microsoft Teams Site for your course at the ITS Self-Serve for Teams Site Creation.

Adding a link to your course's Teams space within Brightspace allows students unfamiliar with Teams to have an opportunity for easier discovery.

1. Navigate to the Desktop Application for Microsoft Teams to get the Unique URL.

2. Select the Teams tab, then select the course site you want the link for

3. Click on the ellipses to open the menu

   1. Select Get link to team

Open

4. Copy the unique URL for your Team site

5. Add the link to your Brightspace site either within an Announcement, or from the Content area.
