Student Course Experience Surveys are facilitated by through Blue, a comprehensive evaluation system from the company Explorance. Instructors can use Blue to manage and configure their course’s surveys to include customized timings and questions, and can visit Blue to view response rates and retrieve feedback after course grades have been released.custom questions, schedule release dates, monitor response rates, and then review and retrieve responses once grades are released.

Standard usage involves a scheduled survey release near semester end. Students are provided with several methods by which they can complete the form.

Access Blue’s survey and tasks management tools through https://my-brocku.bluera.com/

Brock users access Blue via their standard Brock credentials, namely email and password.

A menu bar across the top of the screen will allow for navigation between the different areas, namely Tasks and Reports. The latter will be available once results have been received and are processed.
