Global Announcements are announcements delivered by the Brock Brightspace Administrators edtech@brocku.ca, and are discernible by a globe icon. Administrator announcements will appear on the announcement tool, and the announcement widget on the Brock Brightspace homepage, sites and course offering homepages. These announcements will primarily pertain to Brightspace tools and features. Depending on the content of the announcements accessibility to the announcement will be varied (i.e., instructor specific announcements are not visible to students and vice versa). After the announcement has been delivered and read, users can dismiss the announcement to remove it from their announcement tool. |
